1. You’re now balancing producing, writing, acting, modeling, and being an author. How do you keep all of those creative passions connected?

Leesa Rowland: To me, they’re all different expressions of the same purpose: storytelling. Whether I’m in front of the camera, behind it, writing a book, or producing a film, I’m always asking the same question—how can I inspire, uplift, or invite people to see the world through a new lens? Each creative pursuit feeds the others. Acting teaches me empathy, producing teaches me vision, writing brings clarity, and modeling reminds me that confidence and presence are powerful forms of communication.

2. What inspired you to produce a documentary exploring Argentina’s history of unexplained phenomena, and what did you hope audiences would take away from it?

Leesa Rowland: I’ve always been fascinated by the mysteries that invite us to question the boundaries of what we think we know. When I learned about Mount Uritorco in Argentina—an area that has become famous for decades of unexplained sightings, spiritual exploration, and stories surrounding the legendary Inner Earth city known as ERKS—I felt compelled to experience it for myself.

Rather than approaching the subject with preconceived conclusions, I wanted to listen. I spoke with local residents, researchers, experiencers, historians, and visitors from around the world. What fascinated me was that nearly everyone I met had a story to tell. Whether they described unusual lights in the sky, profound spiritual experiences, or unexplained encounters, there was a genuine sense that this place had touched people’s lives in meaningful ways. It’s easy to understand why many people refer to this region as Argentina’s UFO capital.

My goal was never to tell audiences what to believe. Instead, I wanted to create a documentary that encourages curiosity and thoughtful exploration. Whether someone approaches these subjects from a scientific, spiritual, or skeptical perspective, I hope the film inspires them to ask questions, remain open-minded, and appreciate that there are still mysteries in our world that may not yet have clear answers. Sometimes the greatest journey isn’t finding all the answers—it’s having the courage to explore the unknown.

3. During the making of the documentary, you share a personal experience involving unexplained phenomena. Can you tell us how that experience affected you and your perspective on life?

Leesa Rowland: One of the most memorable moments happened when I joined a small group that gathered near Mount Uritorco for an evening meditation. We were encouraged to quiet our minds, become fully present, and simply observe without expectation. After spending time in meditation together, our attention was drawn to something unusual in the night sky that several members of the group observed at the same time. It was an experience that none of us could easily explain, and it became one of the most meaningful moments of the entire journey for me.

What stayed with me even more than what we witnessed was how we all felt afterward. There was an extraordinary sense of peace, joy, and heightened awareness that remained with us for nearly twenty-four hours. It felt as though our energy had been lifted into a profoundly positive state. Whether someone interprets that experience as spiritual, psychological, or something else entirely is a personal decision, but for me it reinforced the idea that consciousness itself may play a greater role in our experiences than we fully understand.

That experience didn’t leave me with certainty—it left me with wonder. It reminded me that life is often more mysterious than we imagine and that some of the most meaningful moments are the ones that invite us to stay curious rather than rush to conclusions. For me, that sense of wonder has become one of life’s greatest gifts.

4. Your documentary explores eyewitness accounts, researchers, and spiritual ideas surrounding the unknown. What surprised you the most during production?

Leesa Rowland: What surprised me most was how many thoughtful, credible people were willing to share their experiences. Scientists, researchers, lifelong residents, and everyday individuals all spoke with sincerity and conviction. While their perspectives differed, they shared a common thread—a genuine desire to understand the unknown. That reminded me that curiosity can unite people far more than certainty ever could.

5. You have another television project in development. What can you tell us about what’s coming next?

Leesa Rowland: I have a television project coming up that I’m very excited about, and I’m looking forward to sharing more when the time is right. I’m always interested in creating projects that have great personalities, strong stories, and something meaningful for audiences to connect with.

6. Your book, The Charisma Factor, focuses on confidence and personal influence. What inspired you to write it, and what message do you hope readers carry with them?

Leesa Rowland: I’ve always believed that true charisma has very little to do with appearance or status. It’s about authenticity, kindness, confidence, and making other people feel seen and valued. I wrote The Charisma Factor to help readers discover that magnetism already exists within them. My hope is that they finish the book feeling empowered to embrace who they are, communicate with confidence, and create meaningful connections in every area of their lives.

7. Looking back at your acting career, what role challenged you the most creatively, and are there dream roles you still hope to play?

Leesa Rowland: Every role teaches you something different, but the most rewarding ones are those that push you emotionally and allow you to reveal unexpected layers of yourself. As an actress, I love characters who are strong yet vulnerable, elegant yet deeply complex. I’d love to portray a historical figure, a woman navigating extraordinary circumstances, or someone whose journey of transformation inspires others. Those are the stories that stay with audiences long after the credits roll.

8. You’ve returned to modeling with incredible momentum. How has your perspective on fashion and beauty changed since you first entered the industry?

Leesa Rowland: When I was younger, beauty often felt like something external. Today, I see it very differently. Confidence, authenticity, kindness, and joy are what truly make someone beautiful. Fashion has become another form of storytelling and self-expression rather than simply following trends. I also love seeing the industry embrace women of all ages, proving that elegance and confidence never go out of style.

9. As someone who has worked both in front of and behind the camera, what have you learned about storytelling that audiences may not realize?

Leesa Rowland: Audiences see the finished product, but they don’t always realize how much heart goes into every decision. Every scene, every edit, every piece of music, and every conversation contributes to the emotional journey. Great storytelling isn’t just about entertainment—it’s about making people feel something. If someone walks away inspired, hopeful, or seeing the world differently, then you’ve succeeded.

10. As you look toward the future, what legacy do you hope to leave—as a producer, writer, actress, model, and creative visionary?

Leesa Rowland: More than anything, I hope people remember me as someone who used creativity to inspire others to dream bigger, love more deeply, and remain curious about life’s endless possibilities. Whether through film, books, television, or philanthropy, I want my work to encourage compassion, meaningful conversations, and a sense of wonder. If I’ve helped even one person believe more fully in themselves or see the world with fresh eyes, then I will consider that a life well lived.
