3 Keppel subsidiaries put up for voluntary liquidation

The wholly owned units are Keppel Enterprise FinHub, Keppel Enterprise Services and Keppel People Services

Asset manager Keppel said on Wednesday (Dec 10) that three of its wholly owned subsidiaries – Keppel Enterprise FinHub, Keppel Enterprise Services and Keppel People Services – have been placed under members’ voluntary liquidation.

“These entities used to provide administrative shared services to Keppel,” said a spokesperson for the asset manager.

“As these functions have been taken back, centralised and streamlined as part of Keppel’s transformation into a global asset manager and operator, the dormant entities are no longer required and have been liquidated as an administrative step with no material impact on the company’s operations,” the spokesperson added.

The liquidation of the subsidiaries is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets or earnings per share of the company for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2025.

Shares of Keppel ended Wednesday 0.4 per cent or S$0.04 lower at S$10.11.
