Barcelona star Lamine Yamal’s father the victim of stabbing
Alarming news is emerging from Spain late on Wednesday, regarding the father of Barcelona starlet Lamine Yamal.
This comes amid confirmation that the 17-year-old’s dad, Mounir Nasraoui, was tonight the victim of a stabbing.
In news first broken by La Vanguardia, and since backed by a host of further other sources, Mounir Nasraoui was attacked and wounded in a parking lot in the town of Mataró, in Catalunya, Spain.
Relevo have since provided a further insight into the situation, assuring that Nasraoui, thankfully, has avoided any form of serious injury:
‘As this newspaper has been able to find out, the footballer’s father is currently at home after being discharged from the hospital. He is out of danger.’
A police investigation has since been launched into the incident, with further details expected to be forthcoming over the coming hours and days.
