Digital Core Reit’s 9-month distributable income rises 1.9% to US$35.2 million
Digital Core Reit reported distributable income of US$35.2 million for the nine months ended Sep 30, up 1.9 per cent from a year earlier.
Revenue for the period climbed 83.9 per cent to US$132.4 million, from US$72 million previously, its manager said in a bourse filing on Wednesday (Oct 22).
Net property income rose 49.6 per cent to US$67.7 million, from US$45.3 million in the same period a year ago.
Property expenses more than doubled to US$64.6 million from US$26.7 million.
As at Dec 31, 2024, the trust’s assets under management stood at US$1.7 billion across 11 data centres, compared with US$1.4 billion and 10 data centres as at Sep 30, 2024.
Portfolio occupancy was 98 per cent as at Sep 30, excluding a property in Virginia currently undergoing refurbishment.
