Gabrielle Union embraced exotic details in an animal hide midi dress on Tuesday for an appearance on Andy Cohen’s “Watch What Happens Live” in New York. The actress selected a plunging silhouette with silver rings piercing the collar.

Buckled high-heel sandals and a black clutch topped off her look, as well as a wristwatch and simple silver necklace.

Union was assisted by stylist Thomas Christos, who also counts Nara Smith and Alycia Debnam-Carey as clients. Hairdresser Larry Sims used products from his collaborative hair care line with Union, Flawless, to create the actress’ flowing tresses. Makeup artist Sam Fine, meanwhile, gave her black eyeliner, pink blush and brown lip liner.

On Saturday, the “Bring It On” star attended the NAACP Image Awards in Los Angeles, where she sparkled in a sheer Monique Lhuillier gown inspired by New York’s Chrysler Building. Featuring intricate silver beading, the design debuted as part of Lhuillier’s fall 2025 collection.

“Returning to New York City for this collection felt like a full-circle moment, taking me back to where I first began showcasing my designs,” Lhuillier told WWD in December.

Union and her husband, former Miami Heat player Dwyane Wade, received the President’s Award at the 2023 ceremony. The honor recognizes individuals with a legacy of public service. Previous recipients include Rihanna, LeBron James, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

The Wade Family Foundation, founded in 2003, provides relief to marginalized communities in need, helping to advance racial justice and LGBTQ equality.

Through her hair care line Flawless, Union also started the Lift As We Climb initiative: a year-round effort that supports emerging Black-owned small businesses, community organizations, thought leaders and entrepreneurs.
