Jonas Brothers Announce ‘Jonascon: the Ultimate Jonas Brothers Fan Experience’
In celebration of their 20th anniversary as a band, Jonas Brothers have announced “Jonascon,” a special one-day event taking place in their home state of New Jersey on March 23 at the American Dream shopping mall. Attendees can expect live performances, DJ sets, Q&A panels, fan activations, special guest appearances and other surprises.
On Feb. 12, Nick, Joe and Kevin Jonas posted an emotional video and penned a long letter addressed to fans via social media. The posts teased Friday’s Jonascon announcement, adding that they’d be “celebrating this wild 20-year journey by doing what we love, and we can’t wait to share it with you.”
“It’s seemingly impossible to put our appreciation into words. None of this would have been possible without you. You’ve shown up for us. Rooted for us. Encouraged us. And inspired us,” the brothers continued in their post.
A nod to their early days of mall performances, Jonascon promises to give the band’s supporters the chance to participate in interactive activations in American Dream. All who register for Jonascon will also have first access to additional Jonas Brothers-themed events happening throughout the weekend (March 22-23) in both NYC and at American Dream.
Attendees who register for Jonascon will have first access to Jonas Brothers-themed events happening across New York City on March 22. Tickets for the Saturday activities are limited and available exclusively to registered Jonascon attendees on a first-come, first-served basis.
Fans can register for the free event on the band’s website starting Friday.
