Lisa Balances Her Alter Ego in Gianvito Rossi Boots at ‘Deadline’ Tour Stop in Paris
Lisa took the Blackpink stage over the weekend wearing Gianvito Rossi’s Ascott boots — a sharp, structured silhouette that offset one of her more punk-leaning stage looks.
The Ascott boots are cut from smooth black leather with a round toe and a tonal rubber sole. The shaft hits just below the knee and slips on without visible hardware, giving the boots a clean, continuous profile that reads more polished than rugged. On stage, the silhouette grounded Lisa’s performance look with just enough weight — tall enough to assert shape, but not so bold it pulled from the bodywork above.

That bodywork came in the form of high-cut black leather shorts, sheer fishnet tights, and a cropped, asymmetric top finished in textured red brocade. Her long hair — worn down and curled under at the ends — echoed the sharp lines of the boots, while the rest of the outfit played into flashier pop tropes: sparkle, skin and fast movement.

Gianvito Rossi’s boots have become a quiet fixture in recent performance fashion, often providing just enough support and structure to carry a look without stealing it. Paris Hilton wore the brand’s skin-tight thigh-highs at the Tribeca Film Festival in June, while Lisa herself has opted for patent leather boots and diamond-accented heels across recent red carpets.

Knee-high boots have emerged as a pop-stage staple across the summer, often replacing sneaker silhouettes in choreography-driven sets. Dua Lipa performed in shimmering crystal Louboutins in Liverpool, while Jennifer Lopez’s rhinestone-and-pearl lace-ups stole the spotlight in Pontevedra. Even Mariah Carey rotated through two metallic Zanotti knee-highs at Brighton Pride at the beginning of the month, doubling down on footwear as part of the performance story.

The Deadline World Tour is Blackpink’s most visually ambitious run yet, pairing new choreography and solo stages with a rotating setlist shaped by each member’s current era. Lisa’s Alter Ego rollout, Jisoo’s acting turn, and the group’s sharpened performance looks have pushed the tour into fashion-heavy territory.
