Out of Billie Eilish’s 3 Fragrances, My Friends and I Are Convinced Your Turn Is Her Signature Scent
As a huge Billie Eilish fan, I’m almost ashamed to admit that I’d never tried her fragrances until now. I know, fake fan. What finally sparked a change in this department is, of course, a new addition to her fragrance family. The “Birds of a Feather” singer recently released Your Turn Eau de Parfum ($90), and let me tell you it’s not what I expected in the best way possible.
What immediately drew me in was the unique design of the bottle. It instantly gives 007 vibes, and I knew it was going to smell chic AF before I even opened it. Next, I gave it a spritz and holy wow. I am convinced she created this scent solely for herself because it’s exactly what I think her signature scent would smell like. My friends agreed when I gave them a sniff. If you’re also a fan of Eilish’s, trust me, you’re going to want to keep reading. I’m sometimes a bit wary of celebrity fragrance lines, but Eilish’s is truly unique and so her. I’m sharing all my thoughts on the newness below—keep scrolling!

My Review of Your Turn
Billie Eilish Fragrances
Your Turn Eau De Parfum
Key notes: Bergamot peel, cardamom pod, fresh ginger, velvet peach skin, night blooming jasmine, coconut water, sandalwood, musk, upcycled Sylvamber
As you can see, the bottle looks like it’s straight out of Casino Royale. It isn’t the easiest to open, but the design is so cool. I’m not sure what I was expecting out of this one, but I basically went in not knowing much about the scent profile beforehand. The fragrance is truly unique and not what I expected at all. It’s warm, sweet, fresh, and woody all at the same time.
I’m not usually huge on bergamot notes in my fragrances. Usually, if a fragrance contains it, I don’t go for it, but this one was such a pleasant surprise for me. It’s so well balanced and interesting upon first spritz. On me, I immediately got the notes of cardamom, ginger, and peach—a combo I never thought I would fall in love with, but it’s so juicy and fresh. The dry-down is even better. That’s when you really start to get the woodier notes of sandalwood. Honestly, I had to look up what Sylvamber was, but it’s a woody, floral, ambery note that adds something so different to the profile of the scent. It’s magical, and the first time I wore it out, my scent-savvy friends immediately asked what I was wearing. Once I told them it was a Billie Eilish fragrance, we all agreed that we think it’s exactly what Eilish herself smells like. It has a unique, cool, and mysterious quality to it that you can’t quite put your finger on.
Overall, if you want something unique and love a fresh, gourmand, and woody scent—this one is definitely for you. I’m honestly obsessed. It combines all the notes I love in a fragrance without being overpowering. It’s so hard to do that and make something that smells this intoxicatingly delicious. It’s gourmand enough for gourmand lovers but isn’t so sweet that folks who love woodier scents wouldn’t like it. It also lasts so long on the skin. The first time I got it, I sprayed it at night and then took a shower. The next morning, I could still smell it, so don’t worry about longevity here.
I have a few thoughts on Eilish’s other fragrances too, which I’m sharing below.
More Billie Eilish Fragrances I Love
Billie Eilish
Eilish Eau de Parfum
Key notes: Sugared petals, mandarin, warm berries, creamy vanilla, soft spices, cocoa, sleek woods, warm musks, tonka bean
Eilish’s first scent is a true gourmand filled with sweet notes of berries, vanilla, cocoa, and tonka bean. It’s so warm and has so much longevity. It is definitely on the sweeter side, so if you don’t love fragrances with a lot of gourmand notes, it may not be for you. If you do, though, it’s such a winner. It’s creamy, soft, warm, and although I don’t like to assign gender to fragrances, it feels very “feminine” to me.
Billie Eilish
Eilish No. 2 Eau de Parfum
Key notes: Italian bergamot, apple blossom, incense, papyrus, black pepper, wild poppy flower, palo santo, ebony, skin musk
I actually haven’t given this one a sniff for myself yet, but based on the notes and what I know of Eilish’s other fragrances, it’s bound to be a winner. Incense is such a tricky note to pull off for me, but combining it with notes of apple blossom and wild poppy is a stroke of genius. It’s definitely the woodiest fragrance of the three, so if you don’t like gourmands, this is going to be the one for you.
Scents Similar to Your Turn That I Love
Givenchy
L’Interdit Absolu Eau De Parfum Intense
Key notes: Neroli, lavender, cardamom, tobacco, patchouli, vetiver
This is such a fall scent to me and smells so rich and velvety. It’s a floral, woody, amber scent that’s perfect for cooler weather. I love wearing it out to dinners and events.
Byredo
Casablanca Lily Extrait de Parfum
Key notes: Plum, gardenia, carnation, Indian tuberose, rosewood, honey accord
The price of this scent makes me shed a small tear, but honestly, it’s worth it. It’s definitely not as woody as Your Turn, but it has that same mysterious and alluring quality to it.
Maison Francis Kurkdjian
Baccarat Rouge 540 Extrait de Parfum
Key notes: Grandiflorum jasmine, saffron, bitter almond, cedarwood, musky woody accord, ambergris
You truly should not sleep on the extrait version of this cult-loved perfume. It is pricey, but it smells so incredible. It’s another floral, woody, amber scent that makes a statement but is never too loud.
