Sasseur Reit CEO Cecilia Tan steps down
Cecilia Tan, chief executive officer at Sasseur Asset Management, manager of Sasseur Real Estate Investment Trust (Reit), will be stepping down on Oct 28, after over four years in the role.
In a bourse filing on Wednesday (Apr 30), the manager of the trust said Tan will be resigning to pursue other professional interests.
Tan first joined the manager in July 2021 as its CEO designate, taking over from Anthony Ang, who had retired and stepped down from the position. She officially assumed the CEO position in August 2021.
The board said it is now searching for a suitable candidate to act as CEO. In the meantime, the management staff of the manager, with the board’s support, will continue to manage the Reit.
Units of Sasseur Reit closed S$0.005 or 0.8 per cent lower at S$0.635 on Wednesday, before the news.
