US: Wall St opens muted in countdown to Nvidia earnings

Wall Street’s main indexes opened flat on Wednesday (Aug 27) as investors awaited AI leader Nvidia’s results, which are expected to test the momentum of the broader technology-fuelled rally.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 0.6 points, or flat, at the open to 45,417.46.
The S&P 500 fell 3.7 points, or 0.06%, at the open to 6,462.26, while the Nasdaq Composite dropped 17.9 points, or 0.08%, to 21,526.334 at the opening bell. REUTERS
