Madame Web is an old woman in the comic books.

The superhero Madame Web, whose real name is Cassandra Webb, is much older in the comic books than she is in the movie. In the comics, Madame Web is an elderly clairvoyant who is hooked up to so many life support machines that it looks like a web. She’s also blind. The film, however, creates an origin story for the superhero, in which she’s a woman in her 30s just discovering her future-seeing powers. 

Interestingly enough, this is not the first Marvel character to be de-aged. Both Agatha Harkness in WandaVision and Aunt May in Spider-Man: Homecoming are much younger than their comic book characters as well.
