BOLDER TOGETHER: Leading international influencer marketing agency Ykone Group, parent company of the Bold Management talent agency, has acquired a majority stake in The Digital Prototype, or TDP, a Paris-based specialist in talent management, influencer marketing and content creation.

Financial details were not disclosed but it is understood that TDP will be integrated and operate under Bold Management’s banner, representing its French division. The strategic move aims to strengthen Bold Management’s presence in the market and enhance its talent portfolio as part of its ultimate goal to become Europe’s leading talent management agency.

Founded in 2018 by Enrico De Finis, Bold Management already counts offices in Milan, Madrid, London, Dubai and Paris. The company connects talents with global brands through digital strategies across fashion, music and cinema. The agency manages more than 100 talents through its international team, including the likes of fashion event regulars Veronica Ferraro, Ginevra Mavilla, Mohammed and Humaid Hadban, Ryan Prevedel and Andrea Faccio, to name a few.

TDP was founded in 2019 by Robin Martin-Chave. Two years later, he was joined by Adeline Verdan, who further helped the agency to make a name for itself in the French market, managing 20 talents and executing over 500 brand campaigns annually.

As result of the investment, Martin-Chave and Verdan will continue to lead operations in France under the Bold Management umbrella, ensuring continuity for TDP’s talents and clients. Talents in TDP’s current portfolio include Julie Sergent Ferreri, Estelle Pigault, Maëva De Moura and Axel Cavecchi, among others.

“We’ve always believed in cross-market synergy and international scale,” said De Finis. “With TDP, we’re not only expanding geographically — we’re bringing on board a like-minded team with an incredible reputation in the fashion and beauty space. Together, we’re ready to define a new standard for talent management in Europe.”

As reported, in 2021 Ykone, which was founded in Paris in 2008, acquired a 51 percent stake in MB New Media Agency, the Milan-based digital communication agency established by Matteo Baldi and that operated Bold Management headed by De Finis.

In addition to Bold Management, Ykone Group operates an in-house platform, called Campaygn, specialized in data analysis. The overall strategy of the group is to further expand its services through other international acquisitions in the future.
