Edward Enninful, Daniel Lee Fete Tina Knowles Memoir Launch in London
LONDON — Tina Knowles this week brought the promotional tour of her memoir “Matriarch” across the pond with a glamorous, high-energy reception at the Londoner hotel on Monday night, hosted by Edward Enninful, former editor in chief of British Vogue and founder of media and entertainment company EE72.
The entrepreneur, designer and mother of Beyoncé Knowles-Carter and Solange Knowles was greeted by a room full of who’s who in the London fashion and creative scene, including Burberry chief creative officer Daniel Lee, Self-Portrait designer Han Chong, David Koma, Patrick McDowell, Saul Nash and Feben Vemmenby.
Tina Knowles wore an asymmetrical suit by Olivier Rousteing for Balmain with matching bucket heels from Manolo Blahnik for the occasion.

London marks the final stop of Knowles’ book tour. Organized by Live Nation, she has promoted her book in eight U.S. cities with high-profile appearances from the likes of former First Lady Michelle Obama, Tyler Perry, Kelly Rowland, Gayle King, Tamron Hall, Deborah Cox and Lorraine Schwartz.
On Wednesday evening, she will chat with Stella McCartney about her book “Matriarch, a Memoir,” which chronicles Knowles’ life from her time growing up in Galveston, Texas, to raising her daughters and everything in between.
