Elon Musk Reveals Tesla's Futuristic Driverless Robovan and AI Innovations at Dazzling "We, Robot" Event [Watch Video]

Tesla's CEO Elon Musk has made waves once again by introducing the highly anticipated "Robovan" at the "We, Robot" event held at the Warner Bros. lot in California. This fully autonomous vehicle, which does not require a driver or steering wheel, can transport up to 20 passengers. Musk showcased the Robovan as a breakthrough in group transportation, but a specific release date for commercial production has yet to be announced. The first vehicles to adopt full self-driving capabilities will be Tesla's Model 3 and Model Y, followed by the Model S and Cybertruck. Musk added that production of the Cybercab, which is optimized for full autonomy, is expected to begin in 2026.

The event included a demonstration where several Optimus robots walked out alongside the Robovan.
