Joe Jonas Responds To Jonas Brothers Serious Debt Claims

Joe Jonas is hitting back — quite surprisingly, I might add — at some wild social media claims.

So, earlier this week, the official teaser dropped for the incoming Camp Rock 3, the latest installment in the — what else? — Camp Rock franchise commonly associated with the DCM (that's Disney Channel Movies) era of popular culture.

One Twitter (no, I'm not calling it X) user saw the trailer on their feed and decided to pose the not-entirely-serious-but-not-entirely-joking query, "genuine question are the jonas brothers in serious debt or something."

Now, typically, stray comments like these should be water off a duck's back for celebs — maybe they're a little mean, but probably not worth responding to in the end. It ain't that serious!

Well, for Joe, it apparently is — because he took the time to earnestly reply to the comment in question.

"God forbid connect 3 go back to where connect 3 connected," he replied, directly referencing the band featured in the Camp Rock films.

Because this is the internet, Amazon Music weighed in for some reason as well.

So, a little Camp Rock joke in response to a claim that you're in debt — fine, fair play. But, if I were famous (and, to be clear, I'm very much not), I probably wouldn't even be on my phone. Just saying!
