
The Latest Beauty Executive Moves at Revlon, L’Oréal and More
Here, the latest executive moves in beauty.

Ariadne Oliveira has been named Revlon’s vice president of marketing innovation, global professional hair. Oliviera joins the company from Wella, where she most recently served as global senior vice president of the hair division.

Julie Fortier, a L’Oréal veteran of 19 years, has been named general manager of L’Oréal Professionnel U.S. In the role, Fortier will further drive the professional hair care arm’s growth and salon strategy.

Michelle Miller, formerly K18’s founding chief marketing officer, has joined TikTok-viral lip stain brand Sacheu as its first CMO. Prior to her time at K18, she held senior marketing roles at Kosas and Too Faced.

Also at Sacheu, former Topicals chief financial officer Connie Kim has joined the company as CFO. The appointment comes on the heels of Sacheu’s full-range launch at Ulta Beauty earlier this year.

Sylvain Maur has joined Farmacy founder David Chung’s beauty manufacturer iLabs as senior vice president of sales. Maur previously held the role at Mana Products, the New York-based contract manufacturer recently reported to be facing uncertainty and exploring deal options.

Aarti Kapoor has joined Seattle-based independent investment bank Cascadia Capital as managing director. Prior to joining the firm, Kapoor was a partner at San Francisco-based VMG Partners.

Christy Sherrick has joined Milan Laser Hair Removal as chief marketing officer. The marketing exec has previously held senior roles at Vail Resorts and Mattress Firm.

Omar Sevil has joined Milan Laser Hair Removal as chief financial officer. Prior to joining the laser hair removal provider, he held financial leadership roles at FullBeauty brands and Michael Kors.
