Trump Says He “Couldn’t Care Less” About Unifying The Country After Charlie Kirk’s Death

Prominent conservative voices have echoed Trump, including Fox News host Jesse Watters and Rep. Bob Onder (R-Mo.). Watters blamed politicians, the media and “all these rats out there” for the shooting, while Onder called leftist ideology “pure evil.”

Trump announced during his Fox & Friends appearance on Thursday that the suspect in Kirk’s shooting had finally been captured after authorities had detained two other people and then later released them. The 22-year-old suspect was turned in by his father.
