OCBC customers unable to log into mobile banking app
OCBC customers are experiencing difficulties logging into the bank’s mobile application on Thursday (Nov 27).
On outage tracking site Downdetector, more than 1,400 reports had been made from around 8.25 pm on issues relating to mobile banking and access to the app.
In a Facebook post at 8.46 pm, OCBC said: “Our Internet banking and mobile banking channels for consumer and business banking customers are currently unavailable. Our ATM and card services are not impacted and can be used as per normal.
“We are sorry for the inconvenience and will provide updates as soon as they are available.”
